We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and closed Sundays. Consultations are by appointment so Chirag Parmar can give each client his full attention rather than splitting time across a walk-in queue, though you are welcome to stop by and check availability in person. Clients travelling from outside South Bengaluru, or from other cities entirely, usually call or message ahead to confirm a slot before making the trip, since fitting sessions can run long when fabric and design are both being decided in the same visit.

Hand-painted and hand-embroidered pieces are worked in-house rather than outsourced, which lets a motif be built around your own fabric instead of lifted from a catalogue. Accessories are chosen alongside the outfit rather than as an afterthought, since a safa or mojari picked separately can clash with the embroidery motif or the fabric's undertone. For sherwanis and Jodhpuri bandhgalas in particular, we also advise on jewellery weight, so a heavy gold mala does not visually compete with dense collar embroidery.
